Here's how:
1. Burns: take the contents of the slimy leaves and rub on the burn
2. Diabetes: 1 sheet of aloe vera is washed and dispose of needles cut into pieces, boiled in 3 cups water to a 1/2 cup water. Drink 3 x 1/2 cup after a meal

Contra Indications: Pregnant or menstruating women, people with digestive disorders and diarrhea patients NOT taking this herb
